Part of the Elkar Foundation, Elkar is a record label that manages and disseminates the vast collection of Basque music.
It was created in Bayonne in 1972, and since then it has focused on Basque music. It manages the following labels: Elkar, Oihuka, Herri Gogoa, Xoxoa, Artezi, IZ.
