Marban are a band from Getxo whose poetic universe and carefully crafted imagery shape urgent, melancholic pop. Their debut album, Mármol (2024), explored the passage from youth into adulthood through a dark post-punk diary. They later revisited its songs alongside Rufus T. Firefly, La Bien Querida and McEnroe. Their forthcoming album, El camino del padre, due in early 2027, opens a brighter chapter: rounder melodies and greater emotional space, while preserving the band's identity. Conceived as another conceptual diary, it develops their symbolic language and continues their exploration of artistic, romantic and social concerns.
